All holidays on this website are sold subject to the following conditions.
The person whose name is on the contract will be considered as the groups’ leader and therefore accepts these terms and conditions for and on behalf of all the persons named on, substituted or added to the booking form.
All prices shown are current at the time of putting the website online. Information given here is based on the latest information available. We reserve the right to change any of the facilities, services, itineraries, prices or vehicles described here without being liable for any compensation or refund.
Bookings for all tours except private yacht charters can only be confirmed when a 25% to 50% deposit or the full payment (Depending on tour chosen) has been received by Kekova Holidays. With Private Yacht Charter bookings the balance must be paid latest 15 days before departure.
Clients, who wish to cancel their charter holiday for any reason, including health or family issues, are subject to the following fees:
Private Yacht Charter:
a) 45 days or more notice for yacht charters: Kekova Holidays will accept cancellations and refund all your money, except for a 25 Euro per person non refundable administrative fee plus applicable hotel, cruise and air cancellation fees.
b) 44 days or less notice for yacht charters: no refunds of any kind.
a) 1 month or more notice for cabin charters: Kekova Holidays will accept cancellations and refund all your money, except for a 15 Euro per person non refundable administrative fee plus applicable hotel, cruise and air cancellation fees.
b) 30 days or more notice for cabin charters: Kekova Holidays will accept cancellation and refund all your money, except for a 40 Euro per person non refundable administrative fee plus applicable hotel, cruise and air cancellation fees.
c) 14 or less days notice for cabin charters: no refunds of any kind.
Cancellations made 3 weeks prior to departure are free of charge
Between 21 days and 14 days 30% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee
Between 14 days to 6 days 50% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee
Between 6 days to 2 days 70% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee
Two days prior departure you will not receive any refunds
Hotel cancellation must be made 72 hours before your check-in date/time, from which 25euro per person will be charged as a service fee.
Cancellation made after 72hours prior check-in date/time you will be charged with one night’s fare.
For group reservations you will be charged for one night’s fare.
If we do not receive any cancellation notifications you will be charged for the entire reservation.
The time required for refunds to be made to your credit card is of 15 days.
Prices do not include insurances of any kind for clients unless stated explicitly. Therefore clients are strongly advised to obtain their own insurance for health (sickness & accidents), baggage loss/damage, theft and cancellations or otherwise whilst traveling. In case of these events during the trip we shall not be liable for any cost or expense arising from such cases. We shall not be liable for any refunds, either partial or total of the money paid.
The responsibility Kekova Holidays and / or its agents is limited. Kekova Holidays cannot accept any responsibilities for delays or schedule changing, breakdown in machinery or equipment, strikes, theft, baggage loss/damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with hotel / Gulet accommodation, food, baggage handling, war or terrorist activities (threatened or actual), weather conditions or any matter related hereto. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the client.
Kekova Holidays reserves the right at any time to change any part of the itinerary or the carrier in use, as well as hotel accommodations, or any other. The prices advertised are subject to change due to a rise in gasoline prices and similar causes. In such cases each passenger will be asked to pay an additional amount for the trip.
In case of the breakdown of a Gulet, Kekova Holidays and or its agents have got 24 hours to resolve the problem by repairing the Gulet or by replacing it with another Gulet. No refunds of any kind will be made.
Kekova Holidays reserves the right to decline, accept or remove, at its sole discretion, at any time before or during the trip, any tour member as a participant in the trip when not compatible with the general enjoyment and well-being of other members on the trip. No refunds of any kind will be made.
If a client fails to join a tour or joins it after departure, or leaves it prior to completion, no refunds can be made.
In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction, clients must bring the complaints to the attention of Kekova Holidays head office in Cappadocia during the cruise / tour so that Kekova Holidays can take immediate action to remedy the problem. Complaints made afterwards will not be accepted. Agents’ responsibilities: it is your agent’s responsibility to advise Kekova Holidays of any special requirements you may have and to communicate to you any changes or alterations advised to your agent by Kekova Holidays.
